chartered, regulated and examined by the State of Colorado Division
of Banking. We do not accept deposits or make loans. The
organization is audited annually by the State Banking Commission
and an independent Certified Public Accounting firm. The firm maintains
capital in compliance with state banking regulations and is both
fully bonded and insured.
In compliance with banking regulations, all client funds are
held in segregated accounts. Adding an additional layer of
protection, physical custody of securities is subcontracted
to SEI Trust Company, the world’s largest global provider of
trust systems and services.
